I was reading a great article by blogger, Sean Ogle at Location180.com
Talking about the mistakes that soloentrepeneurs have working on their business. It was eye opener know that I was making all the same mistakes and how much time I have wasted over the last few years.
The two main ones for me is of course Social Media (Facebook) and email.
What huge time wasters.
My main job should be writing, speaking, talking with clients and prospects on the phone. Everything else is wast of time.
So what am I going to do about it?
I started two things. First I started early this week is I have put a Facebook blocker on my personal/business computer. That is right I cannot check facebook while working on my computer. That has helped dramatically already.
Earlier today I also added RescueTime Software to my computer to keep track on what I am working on while working, eliminate any additional time wasters.

In few days I want to share with you the one software I think is must have software, and you can get rid of everything else!!
