This morning, I woke up at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
Yeah, that Beverly Hills Hotel is where movie stars sip martinis and make million-dollar deals.
I’ve been here since Wednesday evening, working in the mornings and gearing up for tonight’s big Golden Gala Awards.
I’ll be getting an award for my TaxDebtConsultant podcast.
But enough about that.
We’ll talk about all the highlights later, including the movie premiere I attended (spoiler alert—it was incredible).
Right now, we need to talk about the financial storm coming for you—and it’s already picking up speed on two fronts.
Here’s the cold, hard truth: for years, the IRS has been sitting back, letting people skate by with unfiled tax returns and unpaid balances.
Not anymore.
The IRS is done playing nice. They’re coming for bank accounts, paychecks, and yes…even your house. Just last week, the IRS forced the sale of someone’s home right here in Los Angeles.
But it doesn’t stop there. If you’ve ever lived, worked, or even had an address in California, you’ve got another problem coming for you—the CaliClaw. That’s what I call the California Franchise Tax Board. And trust me, they’re no better than the IRS. I had a client who had been in hardship status for years. Last week, California cleaned out his entire bank account in one swipe.
California knows the IRS is gunning for their slice, so they’re speeding things up to grab what they see as “their” money before Uncle Sam does.
Case in point: a client of mine, on hardship status after years of struggling, just had his bank account wiped clean by California.
All of it, gone in a flash.
This isn’t just some scare story; it’s a full-blown financial assault from both the IRS and California.
And if you don’t step up soon, you could lose it all.
Bottom line?
You’re in a financial war on two fronts—one with the IRS and one with California. And if you don’t act soon, you’re going to get caught in the crossfire.
Here’s the deal: millions of letters are hitting mailboxes from the IRS and the CaliClaw.
We can only take on so many cases at once. If you wait too long to reach out, we might be at full capacity.
And then you’ll be stuck calling one of those generic companies that’ll treat you like a number and couldn’t care less about your situation.
While here in Beverly Hills, I had the chance to sit down with Chris Voss, one of the top IRS negotiators in the country. We talked about the secret to winning—empathy.
The companies that treat you like a number?
They won’t have any for you.
But I’ve been in your shoes, and I know exactly how to help you get out of this mess.
But you’ve got to act now.
The IRS and CaliClaw aren’t going to wait around.

P.S. If you don’t live in California, don’t sigh in relief just yet. If your home state has an income tax, brace yourself—they’re likely playing the same game. Everyone’s looking to fill their coffers, and they could be eyeing yours next. Stay vigilant!
