Well today at the office we are so excited! Why you ask? Well my colleague andpartner Victor Romero who works here at the office was working with a client.
Are client was having challenges with her current mortgage, so you came to office and wanted to refinance her loan. However, due to her current payoff and a $10,310 pre-payment penalty on her mortgage. Refinancing was going to be next to impossible.
Me and Victor came up with a plan to try to see if we could negotiate with Chase to eliminate the prepayment penalty. We said we got nothing to lose, and the client had everything to gain.
We submitted the request to Chase 7 days ago and yesterday we get faxed a new payoff and Chase eliminated the prepayment penalty and we save this client over $10,000!
Now that makes us feel good all over, our client loves us!
