I want to start today’s email with a big congratulations to my daughter, Bella Samaniego, for an incredible Saturday in Palm Springs.
Talk about a dedicated student-athlete!
We kicked off the day bright and early, 5:30 am to be exact, with her taking the SAT for the third time at Palm Springs High School.
She’s determined to keep that score climbing—last time, she had a 100-point increase, so she’s taking it as many times as she can to keep pushing it up.
But the day didn’t end there.
After finishing the SAT, Bella dashed to the gym next door, where her Yucaipa High Varsity team had just started a tournament.
The team crushed it, winning all six matches and becoming tournament champions.
It was a long day, but her dedication paid off.
While we were at the event, I got several emails from folks asking about IRS Letter 11.
Seems like a lot of people are getting these notices, and the big question is:
What’s the game plan if I hire you?
So, you got hit with an IRS Letter 11.
Not exactly what anyone wants to see in their mailbox, right?
Let’s cut to the chase and get this handled.
Here’s the plan:
Stop the IRS Cold
First, we need to halt any collection action. That means filing all the paperwork ASAP to stop the IRS dead in its tracks. This will buy us the time we need to work the system.
Get Your Financials in Order
We’ll gather up all your current financial info. This isn’t just paperwork—it’s ammo for your case when we go toe-to-toe with the IRS.
Play the Waiting Game
After we file the necessary paperwork, the IRS will spend their time setting up the Appeals Conference. Remember they are still low on staff! It could be months, but that’s a good thing. It gives us time to get everything ready.
Keep Everything Updated
During the wait, we’ll keep your financials fresh. There will be no surprises or mistakes—just a solid, up-to-date case.
Strategy Session
Before we go into Conference, we’ll have a sit-down (or a call) to hammer out the best strategy.
We’ll figure out exactly what you qualify for and how to get the best deal possible.
This is the game plan to keep the IRS off your back and your money where it belongs—in your pocket. Let’s get this done.

P.S. If the IRS had a volleyball team, we’d totally spike their Letter 11 right back at them.
