Privacy Policy

This is a personal website. It collects as little as possible, and nothing is sold or rented to anyone.

What is collected

If you subscribe to the newsletter, the site stores the first name and email address you provide. If you email me, I have whatever you chose to put in that email. Like nearly every website, the hosting provider records ordinary technical request data, such as IP address and browser type, for security and performance.

How it is used

Your name and email are used to send Field Notes and occasional updates. That is the only use. There is no advertising network on this site and no selling of any information.

Unsubscribing and removal

Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also write to info@TaxDebtConsultant.com and ask to be removed, and I will delete your record.

Tax matters

Please do not send confidential tax information through this site. Tax cases are handled by my practice, Tax Debt Consultants, where intake is secure.

Links to other sites

This site links to other websites, including my practice and book pages. Once you leave this site, their privacy practices apply, not mine.
