Shamu, The Apprentice, New Baby, What a Week?

How are you all doing. It’s been quite some time I have had to talk to you.

It is been a very busy few weeks, Well where do I start. As you know by now
I had spent a few days up in San Ramon passing my Certified Mortgage Planner
course and certification. That was tough! Mission Accomplished.

I also got a chance to met the Apprentice Contestant Troy McClain while in San Ramon!
He was great guy and had a great story to tell.

Since then I help two clients purchase there very own homes with no money down,
and have help 3 other clients reduce their debt and improve their credit dramatically.

Craig my good friend and office partner is a brand new grandfather, his granddaughter is absolutely beautiful.

We celebrated my son, Andrew Birthday he just turned 10 years old,and our entire family went to Sea World to celebrate and even had a special dinner with Shamu himself! Here is picture with my son and nieces at the entrance of Sea world.

We also celebrated my niece Nicole 2 year old birthday party.

We put on two workshops on "How To Increase Your Credit Scores" and "The Good, The Bad,
The Ugly: Your Adjustable Rate Mortgage"
