I am angry post!
WOW, I have used some really bad language as most will say! But I have never been more pissed than some news I heard about some good friends of mine in the business.
I am going to leave their names unnamed right now including the company name, for now! But I wanted to stress something hear to all that read this blog!
Be prepared! At all times!
You never know, when bad things can happen to really good people.
I am seeing it happen almost on a daily basis. Today I am talking about financial bad things. It can happen to any us at some unexpected times. So you have to be prepared.
Last week, some very good friends of our’s in the real estate industry where told out of nowhere that they where going to lose their jobs, unless the do so and so( I will leave it at that).
Now they have been working for same company, for years, and been in same industry for over ten years. So now they get this notice, they their company is merging with another, so of course, we see it in movies all the time, the big fat cat executives bring there own people.
Whether they deserve that position or not!
Anyways, back to my friends, they didn’t see this coming, in fact they just had a baby 10 weeks ago! Same time my wife had her baby!
Come on, Mom’s and Dad’s, imagine losing your job right after having a baby, no let’s make it worse, let’s tell Mom, the minute she get back from maternity leave, time to go find a job!
It’s sickning! It really is, and I want to name the company so bad, but for now I will not type a thing, but you can call me directly and find out.
But this goes to show you, bad things are happening to good people.
Right now there are thousands of Real Estate agents having to find jobs, due to slow down in the real estate business. People all over having challenges with there credit cards, mortgages, bills, everything.
We must always be prepared for the unexpected job loss, accident?
Right now ask yourself, if you lost your job tomorrow, how long could you survive?
The answer I have heard about 7-14 days!
Do you have money saved up? An Emergency Account? Are you bills drowning you? Credit Cards, scaring you? Is your mortgage getting ready to adjust?
All thing’s thing could cause a financial disaster. Be prepared!

Anyways back to my friends, I am pretty sure they are financially prepared, but still you can see how bad things happen to good people, when least expected!
I know this happened to me over 10 years ago when I was working as a Emergency Medical Technician for AMR ambulance. I was there for over 11 years ago, then I got word the "news" I was being let go!! (If you are ever in my office will tell you the funny story on that one)
I will let you know what happens to my friends, and maybe even name them and the evil "company" that decided to let them go! Many of you do business with them. Maybe it’s time to let them know who there real customers are!
Anyways,
Your friend,
Carlos Samaniego

P.S. Bella got her 2 month shots yesterday. I was heart broken seeing my little girl get those shots and be in such pain. I felt like knocking out the nurse for sticking those needles in her little legs. But I controlled myself 😉
