Carlos Samaniego was elected to be the new Area D1 Governor for Toastmaster District 12. Carlos is the founder and charter member and current President of “Entrepreneur Toastmasters” that meet in Redlands every Monday at 12pm to 1pm at the Redlands Plumbing on Texas

Carlos first joined Toastmaster almost 15 years ago. He was only in his club for 4 months, however, that short experience gave him so much confidence in speaking, he said, “…it change my life.”
