Hope you all had a great Memorial Day weekend! Me and Elizabeth had a relaxing
weekend at home and did alot of spring cleaning and yard work.
However, we did have a very exciting week last week as you may or may not know I got to take Elizabeth to see Madonna Live at The Forum in Los Angeles. We where only 11 rows from stage it was unbelievable. Below I included some pictures of the concert and a picture of my beautiful wife getting ready to go into the concert.
Today’s tips is one I learned from my good friend and Credit Attorney, Edward Jamison!
Credit Secret #6: Keep your credit separate from your spouse
There is no reason, even if you are Romeo and Juliet, to combine your credit with your spouse. Having your credit separate gives you the flexibility to make large purchases that can only help you.
For instance, let’s say that both spouses have credit scores of 700. To get the A rate they want on their new home they need a 720 credit score. If Mr. Smith transferred his balances to Mrs. Smith’s cards, he could possibly raise his score that needed twenty points to re-finance a home. Then they could add Mrs. Smith to the deed, transfer the money back to Mr. Smith’s cards and enjoy the 1st class interest rates they deserve.
Hope this helps you improve your credit. Don’t forget for a consulation please feel free to call our office at (909)972-0113.

P.S. Ok …here are few pictures from the concert. To be honest with you I really was excited to go to concert originally but I knew my wife wanted to go really bad. So I got some really good seats and I am so happy I did go because it was unbelievable. My good friends Ron Curuthers & Ed Sanderson convince me to buy the best ticket possible when I purchased my tickets and we sat only 11 rows from the stage.
