"My Goal Was Simple. Improve My Credit, Buy A House, Get Married in Spring!"

"In September of 2009 my fiance and I made the decision to try to buy a house before our April 2010 wedding. I have a friend who is a real estate agent who told us we would need to be pre-qualified in order to start looking for homes. When our credit was pulled in September of 2009 our median credit score was 619, one point away from minimum qualification. At that point, we were referred to Carlos Samaniego, who told us that as long as we could do what he asked of us in a reasonable amount of time, he could help get our credit up, not just to 620 where it needed to be, but he estimated he could get it up to about 660. Somewhat hesitantly we agreed, and sat back not expecting much to happen. In November of 2009, not even two months after first signing up for Carlos' services, our median credit score is 659 and climbing! Looking back I'm glad we initially missed our loan qualification by one point, or we would not have had the opportunity to drastically improve our credit score. Never did I imagine that Carlos could do so much in such a short amount of time. He truly is gifted at his craft, and I would recommend him to anyone looking to repair their credit. It was the best decision, other than getting married, that we have made in a long time!!"  Stacey Mangels and Nicholas Holt!

Update: I just got call from Stacy saying here and her soon to be Husband Nicholas are in Escrow to own their home any day now, and wedding plans are in full gear!!
