This is the week that Andrew, my 16 year old son (for you new readers) start’s is actual “Eagle Project”.

So your asking what is an Eagle Project on his way to becoming an Eagle Scoutt.

The Eagle Scout Service Project is the opportunity for a Scout to demonstrate leadership of others while performing a project for the benefit of any religious institution, any school, or his community.

His project will be the renovation of Unity of Yucaipa, meditation garden and community garden.

The Rhino patrol of Troop 11 of Redlands, started the pre-work of pressure washing the wood they will be painting, finishing up the plans for rebuilding some the garden area and this Saturday, the actual Eagle Project!

If you like to join us and help a scout become an Eagle Scout.  The project will be starting 8am and will be meeting at Unity of Yucaipa Church, 35393 Avenue East  Yucaipa, CA 92399 – (909) 797-2090
