How To Get The Internet To Make Your Mortgage Payment

Do you have a mortgage or rent payment? Most of us do. I'm sure the favorite part of your month is making that monthly payment right?

Ya right!

Doesn't it seem like those payments are always just a little more than we would like them to be and by the time we write that check there is not much left? One of my mentors tells the story of how he could never save more than $200 in his bank account between paycheck to paycheck…the idea of not having a house payment was really a dream to him.house

Did you know that most bankruptcies could be prevented if people had just an extra $200 to $300 a month?

There are a lot of programs out there that teach you how to save money. These are all really good, but there is one way that trumps all of these money-saving programs.

Just make more money.

Many people out there have resigned themselves to getting that weekly paycheck and that once a year 3% raise that barely keeps up with inflation.

Ok so lets get real here and do something about it.

What if you could make enough EXTRA money each month to make your house payment? Would that make a difference in your life?

My mentor tells the story of how he had a goal to make an extra $50 a month. This amount is exactly what he needed to make his house payment at the time. The one thing he knew is that this money wasn't just going to magically appear. He was going to have to do something for it.

Then along came the Internet which opened up a new world for him. Within a few months he had hit that goal of $50 a day and essentially now his house was paid for! Of course he didn't like to pay interest so his next goal was $100 a day. What he found that getting to that next $100 was a lot easier and in fact within 6 months he was hitting $500 a day and soon after that $1,000 a day.

Ok, so I know that to many people who have never done anything online before it's hard to comprehend this. In fact many of has have to re-program the way we think about earning money. The Internet has really changed everything.

It's now possible for the stay-at-home mom to make an extra income working a little bit here and there as she juggles her busy schedule around the family.

It's now possible for the busy Dad who is always working and wishes he had more time with the family to get an Internet business started that can potentially take over and pass the income he is making at his current job.

It's now possible for the retired person to actually HAVE a retirement if they want it.

The Internet has made it possible and there are multiple ways online to do it. You just have to start looking. If you are looking and are ready to take some action, go check out what is working for me online. Watch the video below and it will explain.

Why It’s Important To Teach Kids About Entrepreneurship

When you were a kid did you ever have a lemonade stand? Did you ever sell candy to the neighbors or at school to make a few bucks? Not all children have been bitten by the entrepreneurial bug when they are younger but I really feel it's important to really teach kids the harsh realities of going into the workforce so they have a good understanding when it comes time to make the important decisions in life.Bella Samaniego Entrepreneur

You see one of the things we have working against ourselves is our education system. With a few exceptions, most of the education we receive from the time we are in kindergarten to the day we graduate from college is…

  • Get a good education
  • Graduate with your degree
  • Get a job at a company with good benefits and you will be set for life!

There are several problems with this.

First…almost the entire educational environment is focused on getting a job.

Now please don't get me wrong. There is nothing wrong with getting a job and working for a great company. Most people end of doing that and a some enjoy it and make a big difference.

But the harsh reality is that a HUGE percentage of people with jobs are not satisfied because they either don't like where they are work or they are one paycheck from being broke all the time.

The Second problem is that it is very RARE to find anyone that works at a company these days for more than 3 to 5 years. In fact switching jobs has become the "new norm". And of course there are always lay-offs, budget cuts, etc.

Are we teaching our children about these realities?

Wouldn't it make sense to spend time when they are young and teach them about entrepreneurship. Starting their own home-business…especially one online. Heck…the younger generations practically live on online these days. Why not teach them how to make some money.

So knowing that kids these days can really benefit about learning how to start their own business…where do you start?

I think it's important to set expectations right from the start. Starting a home business for the young entrepreneur can be exciting, challenging but over all they need to learn that it does involve work.

The truth is starting an online business can make you a lot more money than most regular jobs, but they do involve work, time and dedication. Something that sometimes kids want to skip. Make sure they understand that a home business is real. The more time they dedicate the better it will be.

The other important thing to consider is giving them options. Letting them know what it's really like working out in the "Rat Race" and working on a home-business. Be realistic. It's easy for kids to want to choose a "Safe" way rather than something that may take a little extra effort. Most adults are like that as well.

The last thing is to always be positive to kids about running your own business. Especially from home. You see most kids still have dreams when they are young. They want accomplish great things. Somehow as they get older they settle for mediocrity… that is unless they have a good example so be the kind of person who inspires those youngsters.

With the job outlook looking bleak these days, young kids (and many adults) should really focus on a home business to get them to their goals and dreams. Help them keep those dreams alive by being a positive role model to them always.

If you are looking for a business that is positive, makes great money and can started part-time, please watch the video below or share it with someone who you think could benifet from a home-business online.

PS Looking for a few people to teach them the basics of making money online.

“Daddy, I hate school and I am never getting a job!”

Below is True story from my friend Joe, who lives out in San Antonio."

Blessings,
Carlos

True story.. I could not believe my 14 year old daughter said this to me!

"Dad" she said, " I hate school" and " I am never getting a job!"

Wow.. not something that any father enjoys hearing, but I must admit
I was not surprised either.. 🙁

So I said in a sarcastic way… "So Liv, tell me exactly why you HATE school?"
I had a good little snicker on my face but what she said totally threw me off my feet!

"Dad.. today was the last day of school and one of my teachers approached
me and said that school was so very important because it was the stepping stone
for preparing me to have a great job in the workforce!"

So I said to my daughter "Yes she is right, it is important." But what she said to me
next was extremely shocking and profound!

"If school is preparing me for a job, then I hate school, Dad, I don't want a job
I want to be exactly like you and mom! Every time I ask my friends to do something
they can't because their mom or dad are busy at work."

She went on to say…

" I love the freedom you and mom have, I love all the things you do for me, you are
at my track meets, you drop me off at school, you pick me up, you and mom are
ALWAYS there for me!"

My jaw dropped and I thought to myself "WOW" I had no clue that my daughter
recognized all this, I thought she took it for granted like any teenager does..

Finally.. she said "Dad, I don't want a job, I want a business!"

"Just like you and mom, I want to have the freedom to do what I want to do when
I want to do it"

Can you imagine.. a 14 year old seeing the vision of freedom?

Isn't it time you do what you want to do when you want to do it?

Isn't it time you start to make 100% commissions with a product suite
that every internet and network marketer needs?

Summer Rush

It's been a busy few weeks with the end of school and beginning of summerall you parents probably totally understand where I am coming from in regards to time.

A couple weeks ago just before the end of the school. One of the big accomplishment we are proud of Andrew for was his final push to get straight A's for his Spring semester of his Junior yearHe wanted a 4.0.

Originally he didn't think it would happenand he did itHe pulled out the last week of school.

We then watched our daughter Bella graduate from Kindergarten and now is a 1st grader. It was the cutest thing watching them get their "magic hugs" from their school teacher that turned them into a 1st grader.

With the end schoolwe got Andrew off to the first of his many trips this summer. His first stop was The United States Naval Academy Summer Seminar programHe left for Annapolis, Maryland on June 14 and spent 7 days experiencing life as a Midshipman. The goal of the program is for them to experience life as midshipman and to see if that would be a place they would like to attend school and become a Naval Officer after graduation.

We didn't get to communicate while they where at the Academy, but where able to see photos on Facebook. We got to see a couple of pictures of Andrew and they put up this great action shot of him running in formation:

Andrew loved the Naval Academy and said that is where he wants to go to collegehe knows it will be touch, but he is ready for the challenge.

Andrew got home on June 20th from Annapolis and then 8 hours later we got him to American Legion post in Redlands to take his 8 hour bus drive with 60+ other boys selected to American Legion Boy State Program. He will be there until the end of June.

Here are a few pictures we got before boarding the on the bus to Sacramento

Now it's time to let Andrew handle business

Now we will be spending some time helping Bella reach her goal of becoming an Author/Illustrator.

Oh yeah, you haven't heard she has been working on her first book for the over yearIt should happen later this year watch for details at BellaSamaniego.com. I have a post on how Bella did on her test hikeWe did this hike to determine if she will be joining us on our 25+ mile in Yosemite National Park later this summerIt was truly amazing what she accomplished.

8.5 Mile Hike To Mazanita Peak

Today I had a chance to complete the longest one day hike I have ever personally ever accomplished we went to Mazanita Peak in the San Bernardino County wilderness area.

It was truly beautiful hike up the mountain, although it was a challenge since I am a novice hiker. I went with a few members of the Redlands Troop 11 Boy Scouts. We are training for a hike to Yosemite this summer. We are going on another hike this weekend for Fathers Day to a place called Fish Creek.

It should be as challenging as Mazanita Peak, but it is practise run with full backpacks.

Richest Blessings,
Carlos Samaniego
